We want you to love what you wear. If something's not quite right, here's how we make it right.

Standard Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Sale items are final sale.

To start a return, email us at info@thef8thbrand.com with your order number, and we'll walk you through the next steps.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, please allow [3–5 business days] for inspection and processing. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take an additional [5–10 business days] to appear, depending on your bank.

Exchanges
Need a different size instead? Let us know in your return email and we'll get the right fit sent your way as soon as your original item is received.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or there's a manufacturing issue, reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number — we'll make it right at no cost to you. This is on us, not you.
